Development, strategy & content for the two-pronged Ralph Lauren Employee Value Proposition (EVP). It began with leading focus groups across the Company & around the world, both in-person and online, to decide the Employee Hashtag. Then turned to the employee story-telling series, organizing film shoots and gathering materials to be able to launch across all RL’s corporate internal & external channels. 12 months, very well spent.
